We're currently not living in the house in this ad, but we have found the apartment and move-in date is from 1st of May. The pictures are taken during our Besichtigung.
I'm writing this posting to look for a future match for my roommate as I'm unfortunately not moving to this house with her.
It is a spacious and furnished room in a 2-room apartment. You will be taking the bigger room, with an extra small storage room within the room.
Between the 2 rooms are kitchen and bathroom, therefore it will be good soundproofing.
Long-term contract and Anmeldung possible. We need someone who can move in next month.
Available furniture includes: bed, closet, storage cabinet (as seen in picture) and possibly a sofa and a TV.
Location is very central, located in Friedrichshain near U5 Straußberger Platz (one station after Alexanderplatz)
Living in the house with you will be Van Anh, 26, currently working remotely as a Data Enginner (meaning she will be home most of the days).
She's a cheerful and kind person who wishes for a roommate whom she could get along well and very importantly, tidy and responsible. International girlies are warmly welcome!
Van Anh values her private space when she's working and needs concentration but will def not mind cooking together, talks in the kitchen or going for a coffee together.
