In meiner Wohnung (ca. 75qm) in Berlin-Kreuzberg habe ich ein Zimmer unterzuvermieten.

Ausstattung des Zimmers: Schrank, Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch, WLAN (100Mbit/sek), Holzdielen
Ausstattung der Wohnung: Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Espressomaschine usw., Bad mit Dusche
Preis: 35 Euro / Nacht
Dauer: ab 21.1.2024

Die Lage
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen und weckt die Bewohnerin bzw. den Bewohner mit charmanter Morgensonne.
Es ist mit dem Wichtigsten (Bett, Schreibtisch & Regal) ausgestattet und frisch renoviert.
Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in Kreuzberg, im Zentrum Berlins zwischen Park (Görlitzer Park), Wasser (Spree & Kanal in 5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen) sowie vielen Geschäften/Supermärkten/Restaurants.
Innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Min erreicht ihr den U-Bhf Schlesisches Tor (U1), S-Bhf Warschauer Straße (S5/S7/S75), S-Bhf Tretpower Park (S41/S42) sowie verschiedenen Buslinien. Fernbahnhöfe wie der Ostbahnhof (10 Min) sowie die Flughäfen Tegel und Schönefeld auch innerhalb von 45 Min zu erreichen. Parken ist vor der Tür möglich.

BewerberIn:
Die Wohnung und die Gemeinschaftsräume, wie Küche, Bad und Flur sind nicht besonders groß und dementsprechend nicht sonderlich WG-geeignet.
Deshalb suche ich jemanden, die/der das Zimmer für bestimmte Zeiten/Phasen innerhalb eines Monats bzw. innerhalb der Woche benötigt.
Beispielsweise einE PendlerIn, der bzw. die in Berlin ein paar Tage in der Woche etwas zu tun hat und dann wieder zurückfährt, in Berlin aber gern einen sicheren Ort mit eigenem Schlüssel hat. Somit wäre das Zimmer dein, wann auch immer du es brauchst bzw. wenn du in Berlin bist.

Du solltest älter als 30 Jahre alt sein, arbeiten oder studieren, Erfahrung im Zusammenleben mitbringen, keine Party-WG suchen, rücksichtsvoll & sauber sein und was zu erzählen haben....
Ich (40, M) bin selbst relativ viel unterwegs, arbeite selbstständig im Bereich Film & Marketing und erfreue mich an einer Wohnungssituation, die einfach läuft.

The location is perfect, in the middle of Kreuzberg, in the center of Berlin between the park (Görlitzer Park), water (Spree & canal in 5 minutes walking distance) as well as many shops / supermarkets / restaurants.
Within 5 to 10 minutes you reach the underground station Schlesisches Tor (U1), S-Bahn station Warschauer Straße (S5 / S7 / S75), S-Bahn station Tretpower Park (S41 / S42) as well as various bus lines. Central stations such as the Ostbahnhof (10 minutes) as well as the airports Tegel and Schönefeld can also be reached within 45 minutes. Parking is possible in front of the door.
