The contract has a section about non-smoking because of the high-quality carpeting. If you still smoke, the room will have to be renovated when you move out (new carpet, new wall coating), respective costs will automatically be deduced from your security deposit.

YES, ONE OF THE ROOMS IS STILL AVAILABLE. I understand that it is hard to find a room and that you probably already contacted loads of other advertisements. I can promise you that I will respond to your inquiry, but I want only SERIOUS INQUERIES. Most of the emails I receive do not state your current occupation and how you plan to pay the rent. Some are surprised they need to pay a security deposit. A lot of people do not even answer my reply because they obviously do not check their email inbox. Worst of all, some agree to a showing and don´t show up at all.
