I’m renting out my 20 square meter room in Tempelhof, as I’m leaving Berlin for 1 month.
The room is separated into two parts, so you basically have a bedroom and a living room.
You’re a 15 minute walk/ 7 minute bike ride away from S+U Tempelhof (Ring). Grocery shopping is super close and Bus leaves at the stop, 4 minutes from the front door.
The flat is fully equipped.
I’ll try to put most of my stuff away, so you have some space. :)
The room is ground level, so you have a beautiful green meadow right in front of your window. It’s very! quiet too!
About the rent:
I pay 500€ a month.
Kaution would be 500€. (If that’s absolutely unrealistic for you, we can talk about it too!)
-7 minutes walk to U Alt-Tempelhof
-15 minutes walk to S/U Tempelhof
-20 minutes walk/ 10 minutes by bike to tempelhofer Feld
-Rewe 3 Minutes by bike
-many other supermarkets close as well
You‘ll live with my roomie Feline. She’s very lovely and always up for a chat in the kitchen, although during the day she‘s usually away as shes doing a photography apprenticeship.
But generally she wishes for a friendly wg leben and to get to know you and spend some time with you, maybe also outside of the wg. 🌞
