The apartment is located in a very quiet environment, in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood in Helmholtzkiez and thus not far from great restaurants, cafes and bars.
The room looks out onto the backyard and is on the first floor (seen from the front, the apartment is mezzanine). However, in the back there are only trash cans and bike racks, my previous roommate never complained about this. In addition, the room already has a bed, a couch and a closet.
The apartment was freshly renovated before moving in. The bathroom is modern with a shower, the kitchen I installed myself (with strong helpers) - one of the reasons for the (much loved) dishwasher! Nevertheless, the floor and also the stucco on the ceiling have been preserved. In the second room I do my mischief.
Another (in my eyes very relevant) point is the Jura coffee machine, which saves my morning every day anew. Maybe we'll convince you?

Hi, kind of funny that it's only now that I've been introduced - oh well!
I'm Emma, 23 years old and am in the final stages of my Master‘s in Public Health. I've been in the apartment since Sept 2021 and love it.
By the way, my current roommate is amazing, but unfortunately has to leave town for 10 months for work reasons - hence the vacant room.
I'm a friend of cleanliness, but don't have a complete fang (totally respect and consider it if you do, though). I like to have a beer or wine (or three), I like to lie / sit / bum around on my couch, whatever - you're invited to too, and from there listen to people on the (actually quite quiet) street, do uni, work from home or paint something.
I like to cook and order food, both alone and together. I make a point of not eating meat and would also love to learn more about living vegan.
I also have Berlin-loving family and friends who visit from time to time - that's when things get a little livelier.
Not to forget the hearty relationship with my neighbor:in from the apartment above, who are also quite excited to see you and then invite you over for a-three coffees and (half a ton) of snacks.
Internationals / Erasmus students are very welcome as I would love to speak more English in my daily life or even learn other languages. Nonetheless, I am a German potatoe myself and besides the fact im listening and dancing to latin music all the time I am happy to have a German around as well.
I would appreciate if you’d send me text about you including your favorite meal, movie / series, travel location and why you are moving to Berlin (and everything else you think could be important)!
Already looking forward to getting to know you :)
