If you applying for a long term, be aware to invest also in commong areas of a flat, same as me. It doesnt mean you have to rebuilt the flat- i have a common sence, dont panic!

Its 10 min by bus till S+U8 Hermannstr and 13 min by footh till U6 Alt Tempelhof (4 min by bus), 10 min by bus till Südkreuz Bhf
Bus stop is directly at the entry door, location is very nice since in 20 min you can be in the heart of Kreuzberg or Neukölln, or completely at the other side of the city, passing by all the Mitte (central) parts, like Stadmitte, Potsdamer Platz, etc.
Taxi from Hermannstr is around 5 euro, if you travelling in afterhours.
Tempelhofer Feld is 15min away by footh.
We have a big backyard behind the house, where is possible to keep bikes or make a grill with friends.
