Unsere Wünsche an dich: Ungefähr in unserem Alter, gerne queer, Interesse an gemeinschaftlichem Leben, konfliktfähig
Languages we speak: German, English, French, Spanish
Wishes for you: About our age, queer or ally (please write something about it in your answer so that I see that you have read it), interested in community life (see: about us), able to deal with conflicts.
The two big drawbacks of the room: 1. you can't register etc., 2. the Wollankstraße S-Bahn station is directly under your window. So every 3 minutes a squeaky train stops there - then the announcement comes - then it leaves again. Except between 2 and 4 a.m. That's not nice.
About us:
We are silly people who like to sing loudly and dance around the flat, but also respect it when we just need quiet. You also have to get along with Agatha, the ghost of the flat-sharing community. Agatha occasionally produces dirty dishes that she doesn't wash, or empties chocolate jars and leaves them standing, otherwise she's pretty harmless.
I (Luka, 25, non-binary, Bsc. agricultural sciences) am moving into my garden next door for the summer and am accordingly looking for an interim tenancy for this period. In addition to you, Tara (28, female, BA Philosophy, working) and Rom (28, non-binary & trans, BA French & Spanish Literature, currently doing physiotherapy training) will live in the flat.
The shared flat is not a purpose-built flat. This means that we often eat together, talk a lot about all kinds of things and also share some hobbies (e.g. balfolk).
Our flat-share has no common room and the kitchen is unfortunately tiny, which is why we often share our rooms (especially the two big ones, yours is one of them). Your room is also the passageway to the balcony, where we grow things, and to our pantry, which we don't have to go into every day, but occasionally. It would be nice if you would be willing in principle to let other people share your room, and at the same time it is important that you have a good sense of this and communicate it when you are about to close your room door behind you.
We share the (vegan and freegan) food in the kitchen. If you want to have private food in addition, you have to mark it. We would like to have a person as a subtenant who doesn't eat super much meat (at home).
At the moment we don't have a cleaning plan, but each person cleans by feeling. It's not usually spotless, but it's not filthy either. If a cleaning schedule is important to you, we could introduce one again.
WG castings are planned for next week Tuesday to Friday afternoons. Are you free on one of those days? Please put this in your message to me. Please mention Agatha in the subject line so I know you've read this far :) I look forward to hearing from you!
