Hello everyone, I am Lucilla (25 years old and Italian) looking for an easy-going person to share my apartment with. The flat is located in Langasse, with a couple of bar/restaurant and grocery stores close by and the bus stops for 11,21,20 very close by as well.
The apartment is on the last floor (5th floor, no elevator) there’s a kitchen with a perfect table for breakfast or an easy lunch/ dinner and our own washing machine, then a nice living room which is the main center of the house with a small fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and has a proper window. The room is quite small, but so far, it has been perfect for me. The room will come with a built-in-the wall closet and an extra closet. The room would be free from 10th of May. Cost of the room: 650Chf per Month.
I am a very easy-going and cooperative person; I lived in several WG. I am looking for someone to share the flat and enjoy some lazy evening with a dinner or a chat. I am a Phd student and I am working all day long at my institue which is near by as well.
