Hello everyone. Our flatmate will go to Erasmus internship and she will sublet her room. We are are looking for a flatmate for 2 months with a possible extension to 6 months from January 1 to February 28.

The room is 14qm. It is furnished. You can check the pictures.
*Building and Location*
The flat is in O-kiste, it is max 10min walk to Jahnplatz, Siegfriedplatz and Hbf. We have 2 supermarkets (aldi and edeka) just downstairs.
You can also reach the university with line 4 within a maximum of 10 minutes from the Siegfriedplatz and Jahnplatz stops or by bike in 15 minutes.
Student certificate should be provided.

You will live with Deniz (f/27) and Semih (m/26). We are doing our masters in Sociology International track. We enjoy having nice conversations and cook together! We speak English yet trying to learn German.
Also you don't have to be super neat but cleanliness is important to us.
Mutual respect to each other is our top priority. All students are welcome. Please keep in mind there is no space in this WG for homophobia, racism and misogyny.

The rent is 305 euros. Its the complete price. There are no additional costs, including no additional payments at the end of the year.
Since the apartment is rented by StudierenWerk, it is necessary to be a registered student.
