3er WG sucht ein/e Nachmieter/in :)

ZIMMER:
Unsere Wg erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Unten befindet sich die Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Badezimmer und Max Zimmer und Oben befindet sich Annas Zimmer, ein weiteres Badezimmer und dein zukünftiges Zimmer, welches eine Größe von 16 Quadratmeter hat.
Gerade für Personen die neu nach Bochum ziehen ist der Grimberg eine super Möglichkeit neue Kontakte zu knüpfen. Hier finden regelmäßig Partys statt, Aktivitäten werden zusammen unternommen und jeder wird direkt herzlich aufgenommen.

LAGE:
Die Lage des Studentenwohnheims ist perfekt. Es liegt neben der Sportfakultät und dem Gesundheitscampus und zur RUB sind es auch nur rund 10 min. Fußweg.
Mit der U35 gelangt ihr sehr schnell zum Bochumer Hbf bzw. in die Innenstadt. Zudem befinden sich in direkter Umgebung der Unicenter. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Rewe, Rossmann).
Der Kemnader See ist mit dem Fahrrad gut zu errreichen.

WG-LEBEN:
Das Zusammenleben in unserer WG ist sehr hamonisch, wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen (gehen zsm zu Partys, kochen gemeinsam, schauen Filme etc.).
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du auch gerne an gemeinsamen Aktivitäten teilnehmen möchtest, wie z.B. den Wohnheim Aktionen, die jedes semester vom Wohnheimrat geplant werden.
Trotzdem respektieren wir Privatsphäre. Alles kann, nichts muss.

Deine zukünftigen WG Mitbewohner sind Max und Anna.

Max (23) studiert Nachhaltige Entwicklung und lebt im Zimmer in der unteren Etage der WG. Max ist immer für einen Spass zu haben und für jegliche Sportarten, egal ob Basketball, Fussball, Volleyball oder anderes...
Durch den englischen Teil seiner Familie ist er zweisprachig aufgewachsen und probiert zudem noch spanisch zu lernen. Des Weiteren liebt er das Reisen und Tiere (vorallem Hunde)

Anna (23) studiert Ergotherapie und lebt in dem Zimmer direkt gegenüber von mir in der oberen Etage der WG. Anna ist ein super herzlicher Mensch, sie hat immer ein offenes Ohr für einen und ist zudem auch für jeden Spaß zu haben. In ihrer Freizeit spielt Anna gerne Keyboard, zeichnet oder telefoniert. Zudem liebt Anna auch Tiere.




SONSTIGES:
Da das Wohnheim vom Akafö ist, musst du an einer Bochumer Hochschule eingeschrieben sein. In der Miete (313€/Monat) ist alles drin inkl. Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Internet. Einige Möbel (Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank etc.) können übernommen werden.

As we are renting out one room in our student accommodation for one term we think it is perfect for any exchange student.
The dorm is a friendly place where everyone greets each other and it's easy to meet new people.
On weekends there are going to be parties in the evenings so it could get a bit louder every now and then.
So be prepared for a good time in the best student dorm in Bochum in our opinion!

I'm Thea and I'm going to do an internship in Düsseldorf, so I'm renting out my room for the upcoming winter term :)

The Accommodation
Our shared apartment stretches out across 2 floors.
In the first floor there is the kitchen/living room, a toilet and Max room.
In the second floor you'll find Anna's room, a bathroom with a toilet and shower and potentially your room (16 m²) for the winter term.

The area
The student accommodation is located right behind the University for Health Sciences and next to the sports faculty from the Ruhr University Bochum.
To the main Ruhr University Campus you'll have to walk roughly 10 minutes.
The Underground station is 5 minutes away and you'll only need 10 minutes to Bochum main station.
The Uni center is right next to the University and offers quite a few shopping options and food stores that are 10 minutes away as well.
You've got the Kemnade Lake in decent bicycle distance or you can catch a bus there every hour which takes around 10 minutes .

Accommodation Life
As the 3 of us in our accommodation get along really well, we participate in events together and enjoy spending time together in general.
We would be happy if you would also like to take part in joint activities, such as the dormitory events that are planned every semester by the dormitory council.
At the same time we respect each others privacy and are able to talk about everything if there's anything we need to speak about or address.

Your potential flatmates are Max and Anna.

Max (23) is studying Sustainable Development and lives in the bottom floor of the apartment.
Max is always up for having fun and enjoys all kinds of sports, for example Basketball, Football and Volleyball.
As Max is half english he was raised bilingually and he is trying to learn spanish too.
Furthermore he loves all kind of animals, especially dogs.
But you are not allowed to have animals in the accommodation so you want meet animals in the accommodation.

Anna (23) is studying occupational therapy and lives in the room opposite of yours in the second floor.
Anna is an extremely open hearted and friendly person that brings a positive and friendly vibe into a room.
She's always there for you if you need someone to talk to and is just generally up for having fun.
In her free time she likes to do a lot of different activities or hobbies, for example drawing, playing the keyboard or talking to her friends on the phone.
And Anna loves animals as well.

The Accommodation is run by the Akafö, so you have to be enrolled at an University in Bochum.
The rent is 313€ a month.
But you won't have to pay any more than 313€ for the room, the price includes electricity, hot water, wifi, heating and everything you need.
