Looking for a Room in a Shared Flat 🌷

I am Eylul, Next semester I will come to Bochum at the beginning of October to study European Culture and Economy masters at Ruhr University. I am from Izmir, Türkiye. My dream home environment is a chill environment where everyone is in open communication and polite, we feel at home, we have a good time in the common areas as well as we respect me-times, and responsibilities such as cleaning are done with a division of labor.
Since I will be in Bochum at least 2 years, my primary room choices are not interim but it is a huge convenience for me to not deal with purchasing bed, table etc. so if there is an affordable min 5-6 month deal, feel free to contact with me! Due to long visa procedures, I'll be in Bochum on October 5th. If you would like to consider me as your new roommate, leave me a message then I'll share my number so we can talk via Whatsapp. I also do not fully understand the schufa (jetzt beantragen) and transfer aggreement, if you have a request about them, if you tell me, I will do it.
I smoke but I never do it in the home, I always do it in the balcony. If there is no balcony, I can go outside to smoke sometimes so it is no big deal for me.
