Mobliertes Zimmer in 2er WG. Schöne Wohnung in Endenich ab April

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Endenich, auf halbem Weg zwischen Fiddlers (Irish Pub) und dem Poppelsdorfer Campus der Universität Bonn. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, meist Wohngebiet, und einen halben Wohnblock entfernt von einer Bushaltestelle, die die Verbindung zum Stadtzentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof reibungslos macht, es ist eine Reise von etwa 5 min. Der Hauptbahnhof kann aber auch zu Fuß erreicht werden, es sind ca. 20 min. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich außerdem einige Cafés, eine Post, die Fakultäten des Poppelsdorfer Campus der Universität Bonn, sowie einige weitere Geschäfte entlang der Endenicher Straße wie Supermärkte, Apotheken, etc.

The flat is located in Endenich, halfway between Fiddlers (Irish Pub) and the Poppelsdorf Campus of the University of Bonn. The neighbourhood is quiet, mostly residential, and half a block away from a bus stop, which makes the connection to the city centre and to the main station certainly smooth, it is a trip of about 5 min. However, the main station is also possible to be reached by foot, it is around 20 min. Close to the flat it is also possible to find some cafés, a post office, the faculties of the Poppelsdorf Campus of the University of Bonn, and some further shops along the Endenicher Straße such as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.The building also has a garden for all of the inhabitants for shared use.

Die WG wurde von mir und meinem Kumpel Quentin Vaucher (28) gegründet, wir waren also bereits befreundet, bevor wir Mitbewohner wurden. Da ich die WG verlassen werde, wird Quentin Ihr nächster Mitbewohner sein, und natürlich liegt es an ihm, das zu entscheiden. Er arbeitet als Software-Ingenieur von zu Hause aus, so dass er oft in der Wohnung ist. Er ist sehr freundlich und respektvoll, sehr sozial und locker. Man kann ihn immer in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer antreffen.

Wir haben die Wohnung zusammen eingerichtet, nachdem wir sie vor 2 Jahren frisch saniert bekommen haben. Obwohl wir entspannt sind und gerne feiern und Spaß haben, tun wir unser Bestes, um die Wohnung sauber und organisiert zu halten. Die Wohnung hat zwei Abstellräume im Haus, einen im Keller und einen auf dem Dachboden, was es einfacher macht, die Wohnung ordentlich zu halten.

The flat share was founded by me and my friend Quentin Vaucher (28), so we were friends before being roommates. As I will be leaving the flat, then Quentin will be your next roommate and, of course, it is on him to decide. He works as a Software Engineer from home, so he is almost always around the flat. He is very friendly and respectful, very social and easy-going. You can always meet him either in the kitchen or in the living room.

We furnished the flat together after we received it fresh restaured 2 years ago. Even though we are chilled and tend to like parties and having fun, we do our best to keep the flat clean and organised. The flat has two storage places within the building, one in the basement and one in the attic, which makes things easier to keep the flat tidy.

Das Zimmer muss mit den wichtigsten Möbeln wie dem Bett (ohne Matratze), dem Schrank, dem Bücherregal und dem Schreibtisch übernommen werden. Diese Elemente sowie einige Elemente in der Küche (z. B. die Regale und der Herd) werden für 250 Euro übernommen. Dies ist eine Voraussetzung, um das Zimmer zu bekommen, also denken Sie bitte daran, wenn Sie sich dafür bewerben. The room must be taken with its main furniture such as the bed (without matress), the closet, the bookcase, and the desk. These elements in addition to some of the elements in the kitchen (such as the shelves and the stove) will be taken for 250 Euros. This is a requirement to have the room, so please have this in mind when you apply for it. These elements can be seen in the pictures.
