Dear beautiful people,
We are looking for a flatmate from the 1st of May onward. I (German) live with my partner (she is from Hongkong) in a flat in Bonn Duisdorf.
I work as a psychotherapist and Zen teacher, she loves to work on her art & design. We both like it quiet and relaxed since we practice meditation and are more interested in the inner human workings than going out. So we would prefer living with someone who is interested in genuine conversation and not partying.
If you like it quiet and appreciate privacy, we can offer that.
We are living with three beautiful cats. If you cannot bond with cats this place is not for you. If you love cats you will have a great time and probably make some great friends.
The room is 21 square meter large and has a huge window towards the south side where there is a big garden and a beautiful tree line. There is some nature around if you like to go for a jog or have a walk. The rent is 410 all inclusive (internet 50 mbit, electricity, heat, water usage).
We have a big bathroom and a separate toilet, washing machine, kitchen, so all the basics are covered.
The place is well connected, there are two bus stops around the corner and Duisdorf Bahnhof is also close where you can take the S-Bahn to the center which does not take more than 7 minutes while the bus takes 20 minutes. Supermarkets are close too. And Duisdorf center which takes just 5 minutes by foot to reach has its own shopping street.
We are in general open to expats since we enjoy talking to people from different cultures. If you are open minded and see life as a journey you might feel comfortable with us.
