Geräumiges helles WG Zimmer direkt am Rhein in Bonn Zentrum

Die Lage ist einfach nur Top. Mehr gibt es da kaum zu sagen. Fußläufig bist du in 1 Minute am Rhein und am Biergarten Schänzchen auch innerhalb von 3 Minuten. Die Haltestelle der 600/601 ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Rewe & Aldi in der Nordstadt sind irgendwas zwischen 5-10 minuten zu Fuß entfernt und eine Apotheke gibt's auch um die Ecke. Wer gerne läuft anstatt Öffis zu fahren ist auch in maximal 15 Minuten am Bertha Platz.

The location is simply top. There is hardly anything more to say. You can walk to the Rhine in 1 minute and to the Schänzchen beer garden within 3 minutes. The stop of the 600/601 is only 2 minutes away. Rewe & Aldi in the Nordstadt are something between 5-10 minutes walk away and there's also a pharmacy around the corner. For those who like to walk instead of taking the public transport, city center is also a maximum of 15 minutes away.

Mit wirst du zusammen wohnen?
Deine Mitbewohner sind Thiago (28, berufstätig in der IT) und Konstantin (23, studiert Jura). Die WG Sprache ist englisch da Thiago aus Brasilien kommt. Er versteht deutsch und spricht es auch, ist aber viel zu faul, wird dich also nie von selbst auf deutsch ansprechen. Vielleicht hast du Glück und hörst ihn mal auf deutsch reden, wenn der Paketbote überraschend vor der Tür steht :D Wäre also super, wenn du dich auf englisch verständigen kannst ;)

Bei uns gilt eine "mach mit deiner Tür was du willst, egal ob offen oder geschlossen" Politik :D Wir sind mehr als eine Zweck WG, aber auch keine WG die wahnsinnig viel zusammen macht. Wir sind alle viel unterwegs, kann also auch gut sein, dass du mal ein paar Tage alleine in der WG bist. Wenn man sich im Flur trifft wird gerne gequatscht, den ein oder anderen Spiele- oder Bierabend oder Ausflug gibt es auch, aber es ist auch absolut kein Problem wenn du bei geschlossener Tür deine Ruhe haben willst.

Die Wohnung ist nach 15 Jahren der WG Nutzung nicht mehr ganz taufrisch und deine Mitbewohner sind auch nicht unbedingt Sauberkeitsfanatiker. Geputzt haben meistens Konstantin und ich und Thiago kümmert sich dafür um den ganzen hausmeisterlichen Kram wie Internetverträge, Versicherungen etc. da Thiagos "Putzen" sowieso eher einer Überschwemmung gleichkommt, hielten wir das für besser :D Für extrem saubere Leute oder jemanden der Wert auf eine cleane Neubauwohnung legt, ist diese WG also nichts!

Deine Mitbewohner freuen sich auch über jemanden, der mit etwas Einrichtungsenergie und Umgestaltungsplänen, da wir alle nur begrenztes Talent dazu haben.

Who will you be living with?

Your roommates are Thiago (28, working in IT) and Konstantin (23, studying Law). The language in the apartment is English as Thiago is from Brazil. He understands German and can speak it, but he's too lazy, so he'll never initiate a conversation in German. You might be lucky to hear him speak German if the delivery guy unexpectedly shows up at the door :D So, it would be great if you can communicate in English ;)

We have a "do whatever you want with your door, whether open or closed" policy :D We're more than just a functional flatshare, but we also don't do a lot together. We're all quite busy, so there might be days when you're alone in the apartment. When we meet in the hallway, we like to chat, and there are occasional game nights, beer evenings, or outings, but it's also absolutely fine if you want your peace and quiet with a closed door.

After 15 years of flatshare living, the apartment isn't exactly brand new, and your roommates aren't necessarily cleanliness fanatics. Konstantin and I usually take care of cleaning, and Thiago handles all the caretaker stuff like internet contracts, insurance, etc., since Thiago's idea of "cleaning" is more like a flood, and we thought it was better this way :D So, if you're extremely tidy or someone who values a pristine new apartment, this flatshare might not be for you!

Your roommates would also appreciate someone with a bit of interior design energy and plans for rearrangement since none of us has much talent for it.

Solltest du für uns als Nachmieter*In in Frage kommen, musst du noch ein Bewerbungsformular bei unserem Vermieter der FAUSA ausfüllen und den Bewerbungsprozess durchlaufen. Da wir ein gemeinschaftliches Mietverhältnis haben, wirst du mit den beiden als Hauptmieter eingetragen. Der FAUSA ist es wichtig einen geeigneten Kandidaten bzw. Kandidatin zu haben, daher müssen wir der FAUSA drei potenzielle Nachmieter*innen vorstellen. Wenn wir dich also mögen, heißt das noch nicht, dass du das Zimmer hast, aber im engeren Kreis bist.

Bei Berufstätigen musst du zu dem Bewerbungsbogen noch Kopien deiner letzten drei Gehaltsnachweise vorzeigen, Azubis, Studierende etc. müssen ggfs. eine Bürgschaft der Eltern vorzeigen. Sobald der offiziell vertragliche Teil mit der FAUSA durch ist, können wir den Rest regeln, also Übergabe der Kaution und evtl. Abschlag für die Möbel.

Besichtigungstermine wären uns persönlich am liebsten, auch weil unsere Vermieter wollen, dass man sich wirklich kennenlernt, bevor man entscheidet. Da Thiago allerdings grade in Brasilien ist bis Mitte Februar, würden Konstantin und ich ggfs. dich persönlich kennenlernen und Thiago vorerst online dazuschalten.

FAUSA is keen on having a suitable candidate, so we need to present three potential new tenants to them. If we like you, it doesn't mean you have the room immediately, but you are in the shortlist.

For working professionals, you'll need to provide copies of your last three salary statements along with the application form and some other bits and pieces. Apprentices, students, etc., may need to show a parental guarantee if necessary. Once the official contractual part with FAUSA is completed, we can handle the rest, such as the handover of the deposit and possibly a contribution for the furniture.

We would prefer in-person viewing appointments, partly because our landlords want people to get to know each other before making a decision. However, since Thiago is currently in Brazil until mid-February, Konstantin and I might initially meet you in person, and Thiago could join online for the time being.
