This is Federico.
I’m looking for a room to rent starting from the Winter Semester 2025 (October 2025), with possibility of Anmeldung.

Short presentation:

I’m an incoming student of Mathematics at the University of Bonn. I am a Cambridge and Georgetown graduate in classics and foreign service, respectively.
I’m very committed to my studies, and I have an eclectic interest in a variety of topics. I love to discuss politics, history, theology, and everything in between! I am also very fond of classical music, and I am a monstrous nerd of organ composition.

Why am I a good roommate?

I’ve been living with other peers since I was a child in boarding school; I enjoy sharing common spaces, as well as looking after them. I’m very clean and tidy; I can do every kind of chores around the house, and I’m particularly fond of team work. I’m down-to-earth, considerate of others’ needs, and quiet.

The monthly rent, deposit and other expenses will be covered by my parents.
I can provide all the needed documents, as well as a reference letter from my previous landlord.

Ich heiße Federico und suche ein Zimmer zur Miete für das Wintersemester 2025 (Oktober 2025), mit Möglichkeit zur Anmeldung

Zu mir:
Ich bin angehender Mathematik-Student an der Uni Bonn. Ich bin ein Cambridge- und Georgetown-Absolvent in klassischen Altertumswissenschaften und Foreign Service.
In meiner Freizeit interessiere ich mich für Politik, Theologie, Musik (Orgelkomposition) und Sport (Rudern, Springreiten).

Ich bin ein ordentlicher, zuverlässiger Mitbewohner, habe viel WG-Erfahrung und bin rücksichtsvoll im Zusammenleben. Ich kann jede Art von Hausarbeit erledigen!

Die Miete, Kaution und Ausgaben werden von meinen Eltern übernommen. Ich kann alle erforderlichen Unterlagen sowie eine Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung vorlegen.
