Looking for WG close to DW Akademie/Zentrum/Sudstadt (28 J, Kolumbianer)

Hello everyone! My name is Alejandro, I come from Colombia, I'm a 28 years old bachelor in philosophy and will be studying a Master's at the DW Akademie starting on September. I'm looking for a preferably furnished room (a bed, a desk and some drawers are enough) in shared flat with a nice, diverse and welcoming atmosphere that's also close to the DW. I consider myself an open and approachable man who enjoys company, hanging out, chatting, cooking/eating together, playing board games, going for a walk or some drinks. I'm also eager to improve my basic German (B1) and to do some kind of exercise or join a gym.

My budget can go as far as 450€ for a Warmmiete but I'd prefer something closer to 400€. Please, only communal mixed-gender WGs (I wouldn't mind living with only females either, I've done so all my life so I know how to be clean and respectful!)

I start classes on the 22nd and plan to arrive in Bonn by the second week of September. Suffice to say, I'd be okay with paying for the whole month.
