Looking for Quiet, Furnished place for 5 months

Hallo!

I'm a young professional (engineer) who just moved to Braunschweig from the US for work. I am technically also a student in a Master's program, but I will just be working while I'm here. I am in Braunschweig already and staying at a temporary place, but I would like to find a more permanent place soon.

What I'm looking for is the following: a furnished place (or semi-furnished at least) with a quiet, clean roommate. No smokers and no children please. Preferably something near the Östliches Ringgebiet/Nordstadt area or nearby. Either male or female roommates are OK (I've had both in the past). The lease term should end sometime around Dec. 12th. Pets are OK with me, but I do not have any pets myself.

I speak some German, and I understand more than I can speak... I just thought it would be easier to write this in English!
