DLR Intern looking for place end of April to November

I'm going to be in Braunschweig for a 6-month internship at DLR starting in the beginning of May. I'm currently doing my MSc in Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft in the Netherlands and I'm looking for a place (or places) to stay during that time. I'm a very easygoing person and love to meet new people. I love to cook as well and take a lot of joy in sharing food.

I would prefer a furnished apartment, since it'll be a short stay. I really love to bake too, so a place with an oven would be ideal (and of course I'll share my treats!). I'm quite flexible on location, but something in the city itself would be really nice, though I'm not very picky. I currently live with two flatmates, so I'm very comfortable and familiar with shared living arrangements.

My native language is English, but I was previously fluent in German and am currently re-learning it in preparation for my internship. I would be happy to speak either language in a flat.
