The flat is very well served by public transportation:
just in front of the house you find two big bus/tram stops (Wilhelm-Kaisen Bruecke
and Am Neue Markt) where several busses and trams run through:
Tram Line 4, 6 (airport university) and 8 and Bus line 24.
With tram 6 you can reach the central station in 8 minutes,
the airport in 10 minutes and the University in 25 minutes.

The city center (Domesheide) is just 700 meters away from the front door.
From there you also have many other tram and bus connections.

The monthly price is 350 Euro all-inclusive: it comprehends room rent, electricity,
