Hey there! we are looking for a new flatmate for our flat for three! Here are the most important points:
The room is 20 sqm and will be free from the 15th of April onwards (or before) and costs 350 euros all inclusive. It has bright wood/laminate flooring and large windows. It is furnished with the essentials (bed, mattress, desk, chair, dresser and hanger) and you'll share the bathroom only with one person because one room has a private bathroom.
Our apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and is about 126 sqm. Our building has a large corridor with space for a bicycle etc. Then there is the large living room with two sofas, a TV, a dining table, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. So you can walk across the path, have a cup of coffee, or eat together if you want.
The deposit is 350Euro
The apartment is located in Herdentorsteinweg and the main railway station, flixbus stop and the Herdentor stop can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. In the neighborhood we also have Edeka, Rewe, Rossmann as well as numerous kiosks right in front of the door
So far together we've cooked oftentimes spontaneously or walked into the neighborhood for a beer. Even though everyone is busy doing their own thing, we always find time to chat openly and honestly with each other. Therefore we are looking for somebody that would fit in the friendly atmosphere in the flat.
Laura and Bolivar live in the Wg.
Laura is 29, moved from Spain (Valencia) to Germany 4 years ago and works for a local tax advising firm.
She likes to spend chill-time at home watching films, cooking or reading and also enjoys going out during the week and the weekend to meet friends or join intercultural events and get to know new people.
Bolivar is 30 years old, and currently working as a consultant for KPMG. He is a socially chill and easy-going person. He likes to play the drums (currently learning) and likes every kind of sport (Basketball, Football, and Box are his favorites).

The new flatmate will have to take charge of the accounts (rent, electricity, internet) for the apartment since both Boli and Laura are going to move at some point during this year.
He/she will also have to pay for the furniture left in the room (bed, mattress, dresser, desk, curtains, hanger) 250 euro.
