This is a flat including a hall and bedroom.. in hall it is equipped with sofa cum bed and bedroom is equipped with a double bed. i would just say that the flat is totally a beauty and infact it can be even called as nice hotel type.. the entire house is wall papered as you can see in the images and there is a huge backyard of this flat where you can party and for smoking.. its totally private for this property.
the owner are really good where you get a feeling of being with a family and they help with everything you need
public transportation is just 2 min away from home a tram line 1 and 8 and it is next stop to pappel strasse.. bremen hbf is 8 min by tram. and there are some bus services also around here but i have no idea about as even i am also new to this city.
i am an individual guy and my roommates leaves the flat by 30 august. as the total rent is 550 euros for the flat so i want to share it with some one having a really good friendly natured person. so if i share the flat then the rent would be 275 euros per head inclusive of everything. internet water electricity and heating also.
i have been in this flat for the past 3 months and i loved being in here.. i wish i could stay more as the landlords are the best as i have seen till now. and the room is also too beautiful to stay. with open backyard with table and chairs to enjoy and private party place. and it is available only till the end of september.
