To your future room (the rooms are all cut the same way): It is about 15 square meters in size with its own wash corner including sink in the room and furnished (closet, desk, desk chair and two shelves and a bed). The room is located on the side of the courtyard and is very quiet.

The furniture in the pictures is dormitory furniture and is also rented out (190 cm x 90 cm bed, table, chair, two shelves).
The all-inclusive rent (including electricity, heating, water and internet) is € 262.
There is a laundry room in the dormitory with washing machines and dryers that are paid for with the canteen card. A washing or drying cycle costs € 1.50. In addition to plenty of space for cars, there is also a bicycle cage in the parking garage where you can lock your bike.

location
The location is pretty perfect and is relatively central between the university and the university.
The stop for line 25 (with which you can get almost anywhere) is practically on the doorstep; the university bus (28) or the university bus (26, 27) is about 10 minutes away.
Shops such as Rewe, Rossman, Lidl, Aldi etc. are also only 10 to 15 minutes away on foot. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station and you can get everywhere quickly by bike.
The best thing: you fall over twice and are in the community park (sometimes you can hear the donkeys I-Ahn with us) and the neighborhood is not far either.

The location is pretty perfect and lies in the middle of the University Bremen and the University of Applied Sciences Bremen (Hochschule Bremen). The bus stop for the line 25 with which you can get almost anywhere is 5 minutes by foot. The lines 28 (University) and 26/27 are 10 minutes by foot.
Grocery shopping (REWE, Rossmann, Lidl, ALDI etc.) is also 15 minutes by foot. The main station is approx. 20 minutes by foot but the best vehicle in Bremen is of course a bicycle with which you can get almost anywhere in the city in a short time.
Also, we have the Bürgerpark right next to us which is ... unsurprisingly a big park and the Viertel (where the fun begins) is not far, too :)

Flat share life
But what is important to us in any case is to live with people who also enjoy social activities. We are a fun and colorful bunch who like each other. 8 sounds a lot at first, but because we have very different daily routines, everything is pretty relaxed and rather quiet.
Our apartment has a large and spacious kitchen and on the balcony, especially in summer, there is the opportunity to relax, have a barbecue in the morning sun or have a barbecue or end the evening. Someone else would be happy to jump out of the dormitory from the balcony when we are enjoying an evening cold drink.

By the way, we have two complete bathrooms and a guest toilet ... so you are even less on your feet in the morning :)


We're a couple of nice people who like to hang out together. Since we have different daily routines we won't stand on each others feet in the morning trying to get in the bathroom: D If you prefer to be on your own sometimes, you can of course do that and be alone in your room.
Our flat has a quite roomy kitchen with enclosed living room and we also have a balcony.

We have two complete bathrooms (sink, shower, toilet) and a small WC (small sink and toilet).
