The room has a bed, wardrobe, desk and seating. Two more rooms are located in the shared flat and are occupied by friendly flatmates in their mid-twenties, mixed working and studying. A large fitted kitchen with lots of storage space, dining area, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob can be found in the core area of the shared apartment. The washing machine and dryer are on the ground floor and can be used by the apartment on the ground floor for a small fee per load, like in a residence building. You can use the backside garden, as long as the holiday flat downstairs is not booked. There is also space for household appliances. Shops, bus and line 1 with direct connection to the main train station and Schlachte can be reached on foot in 5-7 minutes. A large bathing lake is a 5-minute walk away, as are wonderful cycle routes in extensive nature reserves. A bicycle stand is planned for all parties to move in directly in front of the house. Doctors, hairdressers, dry cleaners and other daily supplies are also nearby. The Weserpark shopping center can also be reached quickly and easily
