14,5 qm Zimmer in chaotischer, netter 8er-WG ab sofort

Wir suchen für unsere chaotische 8er-WG eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in ab sofort.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 14,5 qm und groß, kostet 280€ (mit allem drum und dran (Kaution 490€)), hat ein großes Fenster und eine wunderbare Hochebene. Das Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, allerdings haben wir selbst eine Holzwand eingebaut, sodass deine liebe Zimmernachbarin quasi durch einen kleinen Flur geht. Die Wand ist aber auch herausnehmbar – das kannst du dir dann anschauen, wenn du vorbei kommst.

Unsere Wg besteht seit vielen Generationen und sieht auch dementsprechend aus. Wir haben zwei Etagen, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit riesiger Leinwand für Filmabende, einen Tischkicker und ein begehbares Dach. Dank unseres Putzplans übernehmen Chaos und Verwüstung nicht die Oberhand.

Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Einkaufsläden und Öffis sind direkt umme Ecke. Das Viertel mit Kneipen, Pizza und Supermärkten haben wir direkt vor der Haustür. Zur Uni braucht man 15min und zum HBF 5min. 
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG! Es gibt einen wöchentlichen WG-Abend, an dem wir zusammen essen und Anstehendes besprechen oder Spiele spielen. Auch sonst essen wir gerne gemeinsam - unter der Woche wird abends immer für alle gekocht (vegetarisch) -, sitzen abends (mit FreundInnen) zusammen, verschönern unsere Wg oder gehen raus zum Frisbee spielen, baden oder slacklinen. Daher freuen wir uns, wenn auch du Zeit und Motivation fürs WG-Leben mitbringst. Natürlich kannst du dich jederzeit zurück ziehen, wenn du deine Ruhe haben möchtest. 
Wir (deine neuen Mitbewohnis) sind BiologenInnen, KulturwissenschaftlerInnen, Instrumentenbauer, PsychologInnen, MusikerInnen, Gemüseverkäufer, Gärtner, GesellschaftskritikerInnen und vieles mehr. Hello everyone!
We are looking for a new roommate from now on. We are 7 people in our chaotic commune, with you it would be 8. 
The available room has 14,5 sq m and costs 280€ all in (deposit 490€). It is a walkthrough-room (if you can call it like that?!) which means one of your flat mates has to walk through your room to get in her room. Lately we built a wall out wood (which is removable) that would connect the living room with your neighbor’s room- so she could walk through without disturbing you - you can decide yourself how you like it better. Your room has a big window and a nice high plateau.
Our flat exists since more than 30 years and looks like that actually. We have two floors, a cozy living room with a big screen for movie nights. We have a foosball, a roof you can climb on and of course a cleaning plan.
Our flat is very central. Supermarkets, the Viertel with pubs and Pizza, bus and tram stations is all super close. You need 15min to arrive at the university and 5min to the central railway station.
We like to spend a lot of time together. Once a week we eat together and discuss or play games. During the weekdays we cook dinner for everyone (vegetarian), we like to sit in the living room together and drink tea, play games, prettify our flat and so on. We would be happy if you bring time and motivation for our commune. Of course you can also withdraw and take time for yourself whenever you want.
