This flat has two floors:
Upstairs are my room and the bathroom (with bathtub shower).
Downstairs are your room and the kitchen.
The room in downstairs is 27m2 L shaped, has two large windows facing west and partially furnished.
The upper room is about 24m2 with two large windows facing west and east, fully furnished (althought the room will be only available from April 15th or the end of April the latest).
There is also a huge attic for storing large things and a small room for drying laundries.
Entire size of the flat is around 80-85m2
The rent is €370. gas & electricity, high speed internet (100M/s)are usually up to €104 per person monthly.
The flat is located on a quiet, calm super family oriented street and has a great connection to the university: Bus line #28 stop (Nürnberger Straße) is a block away and goes directly to the Uni Bremen glass hall. Getting there by bike you will need about 15-20 minutes.The city centre is also reachable by foot in about 20-25 minutes.
On foot, you only need a few minutes to reach REWE, LIDL, Penny, as well as a very good bakery and other shops in central Findorff.
Also super close to the beautiful Bürgerpark for a jogging and a long walk.
I am Chang, 35 years old who lives and works as freelancer sound designer.
However, I am planning on leaving germany (mid april - end of april) So you will be living with me for only brief time.
For that reason, I am strictly looking for a person who is willing to take over the lease contract of the flat.
