Maisonette Zimmer in 3-er WG Findorff

Hallo alle zusammen,

da ich für ca. Ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe, wird mein schönes Zimmer in Findorff zum 1.3.2020 frei (Einzug bereits am 24.2 möglich!)
Es handelt sich um ein Maisonette-Zimmer, das bedeutet, dass ein Zimmer sich unten befindet und ein auf dem Dachboden. Die Zimmer sind mit einer Treppe verbunden. Das Zimmer unten (ca. 12qm) nutze ich zum lernen und oben (ca 10qm) befindet sich mein Bett. Zudem hat man unmittelbar Zugang zum Balkon (rauchen erlaubt auf dem Balkon). Das Zimmer wird vollmöbiliert abgegeben und dafür hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von 400€. Wie man sieht, befinden sich viele Bilder an der Wand, wäre cool, wenn du damit kein Problem hättest und ich nicht alles abhängen muss. Oh, und falls du eine Liebe für Pflanzen hast, würde ich mich auch freuen :) Aber das ist kein Muss, dann gehen die Pflanzen zu meinem Freund, der sich um sie kümmert.

Alles in allem, mit Strom und Wasser, Internet etc. Kostet das Zimmer 375€ pro Monat.

Derzeit wohnen Lina (24) und Pascal (21) in der WG, doch da Lina ebenfalls ins Ausland geht, wird jemand neues einziehen. Eine neue Konstellation also :)
Jedoch wäre es schön, wenn du auf Sauberkeit achtest und nicht so das Party Tier bist.

Natürlich haben wir auch Küche und Bad (mit Waschmaschine), alles darf frei benutzt werden.

Unten haben wir auch einen Keller, der Platz für Stauraum bietet.

Netto, Rewe und Penny sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (5- 10 Minuten laufen) und auch Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls nur 5-7 Minuten laufen entfernt. Der Bus ist ca in 6 Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof, oder man läuft einfach, dann dauert es ca 15 Minuten.

Nochmal eine kurze Zusammenfassung:

-offizieller Einzug 1.3 (jedoch bereits am 24.2 einzugsbereit, da ich dann schon unterwegs bin)
-Vermietung bis zum 1. Januar (vielleicht auch länger, aber das können wir gerne spontan nochmal besprechen)

-mein Fahrrad darf gerne genutzt werden, jedoch hat es momentan einen Platten

Since I am going abroad for about a year, my beautiful room in Findorff will be available on March 1st, 2020 (moving in already possible on February 24th!)
It is a duplex room, which means that one room is at the bottom and one in the attic. The rooms are connected by stairs. I use the room below (approx. 12 sqm) to study and upstairs (approx. 10 sqm) is my bed. You also have direct access to the balcony (smoking allowed on the balcony). The room will be delivered fully furnished and I would like a deposit of € 400 for this. As you can see, there are many pictures and art on the walls, would be great if I don't have to take down every piece and you could tolerate that :) also, if you love plants, that'd be great, too! I have some plants that will need to be watered, otherwise I'll just bring them to my boyfriend.

All in all, with electricity and water, internet etc. The room costs € 375 per month.

Lina (24) and Pascal (21) currently live in the shared apartment, but since Lina is also going abroad, someone will move in. So a new constellation :)
However, it would be nice if you pay attention to cleanliness and are not too much of an party animal (at least not in the appartment).

Of course we also have a kitchen and bathroom (with washing machine), everything can be used freely.

We also have a cellar below, which offers space for storage space.

Netto, Rewe and Penny are in the immediate vicinity (5-10 minutes walk) and bus stops are also only 5-7 minutes away. The bus talkes about 6 minutes to the central station, or you just walk, then it takes about 15 minutes. You will need 15 minutes by bus to university or about 20 minutes by bus to the Hochschule Bremen.

Again a short summary:

-official move-in 1.3 (but ready for move-in on February 24, as I am already on the way)
- Renting until January 1st (maybe longer, but we can discuss this again spontaneously)
