Hello,
One of our flatmates will leave the house from 15th of march until end of July, therefore we need a new member for our funny floor who wants to sublent her room. You should be an enrolled student at university or hochschule Bremen and at least know basic english. Our place is very close to university and also close to the bus & tram stop, from where you can reach the center (~ 20 min.) And the other areas easily. The rent is very student-friendly.
We all come from different cultural backgrounds. We are very friendly, openminded and chill WG that likes to do things together, to hang around, discuss the issues this world has or throw wild parties from time to time;). However, you will always find time and space for yourself when you need it (or, in the worst case, a shoulder to cry on).
The room is furnished and comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk, bookshelf and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped, but you are welcome to add things. The housekeeper takes care of broken things in the flat, and there are shared washing machines in the basement. There is also a cleaning schedule that we're following.
Since we are not the providers of this flat, we ask you to give us a little introduction into who you are and what you are doing (please not your CV and no novel with several chapters;). We only choose who is moving here. If we chose you to move in, you'd make the contract with the provider, the Studentenwerk.
Looking forward to hear from you,
Flat 1400
The apartment is located 5 min from Horn tram stop. University of Bremen is 07 mins by bus and 20 mins by walking. Super markets are in close vicinity. City centre is 20 mins by tram, Hauptbahnhof (Central station) almost 15 mins away by tram. There are a couple of parks and cafe near by.
We are a social mix from all across the globe and we try to keep it that way. The main communication lanuage preffered in the flat is usually English, but German is also spoken quite often. We often hangout together in the living room or the kitchen time to time, having casual talks to debates over beer and Tea :)
Over the weekends we usually find ourselves in the groovy places of bremen or just watch movies over lazy Sundays.
