Uninahe 4-er WG in Bungalow sucht Mitbewohner/in

Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr liebenswert und wir fühlen uns in der Nachbarschaft supergut aufgehoben.
Eine Gehminute entfernt steht ein Rewe, dazu kommen diverse Supermärkte in näherer Umgebung. Außerdem sind auch Pizzeria und Dönerladen, Sparkasse etc. nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Beim Rewe ist die Haltestelle der Buslinie 31, die direkt zur Uni durchfährt (ca. 9 Minuten). 5 Minuten Fußweg und man erreicht die Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 4, die direkt in die Innenstadt fährt.
Ein kleiner See und Parkgelände sind nicht weit, dazu bietet die Umgebung vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Laufen und Radfahren.



Our neighbours are really lovely and we feel that we are in good company here.
One minute by foot is a Rewe, and several other supermarkets are also in close vicinity. Additionally there is a pizza place and döner shop, Sparkasse etc. within walking distance. At Rewe, there is a bus stop which takes you directly to uni (approx. 9 minutes). A 5 minute walk will bring you to the tram stop of tram 4 which brings you directly to the city center.
A small lake and park are not far and the environment offers a lot of possibilities to go running and cycling.

Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass nur jemand einzieht, der keine Zweck-WG sucht, sondern auch mal Lust auf Kochen, Filmeabende oder einfach nur auf ein Feierabendbier hat, wobei man sich natürlich auch zurückziehen kann. Denn unser Haus hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine Küche, in der man sich auch zu viert nicht auf die Füße tritt; gleichzeitig sind die Zimmer jedes Einzelnen aber relativ weit auseinander, wodurch man dann auch wirklich Privatsphäre hat.
Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig, mit vier Leuten beschränkt sich das Badputzen allerdings pro Person auf 1x im Monat.

For us it is important to find someone who is interested in spending time together with us - cooking, watching movies or just an after-work beer - although this doesn't mean that you can't have time alone. Our house has a big living room, a dining room and a kitchen, which is big enough for four persons and the rooms are quite far apart from each other so that you really have your privacy.
Cleanliness is very important to us, and with 4 flatmates, each has to clean the bathroom once a month.

Mit Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten und Strom, Heizung, Internet, GEZ, etc. liegen wir bei rund 329€/Monat und Person. Des Weiteren ist einmalig eine Kaution zu bezahlen und eine Abschlagsgebühr an unsere derzeitige Mitbewohnerin, die noch nicht genau feststeht.

With rent, additional costs, electricity, heating, internet, etc. it is about 329€ per month and person. Additionally you have to pay a security deposit and an installment for your share in the communal furniture and appliances (the value is not evaluated yet) to our current flatmate.
