STUDENT WG

Since I am moving out for my Internship one room is available for rent from 1st of February.The room is the property of Studierendenwerk werk Bremen and
In order to live at the Studierendenwerk, you have to be enrolled as a student in Bremen. If this is not the case, we can unfortunately not let you move in.

The room is 22.07 square meters, very bright and fully furnished (bed, desk with chair, shelves and a large lockable closet is also in the hallway.
Otherwise, the shared apartment shares the common area with a large kitchen, two sofas and a balcony. Shower and toilet are in separate small rooms.

The rent is currently € 225, which includes all additional costs (electricity, water, heating, internet, etc.). The only thing we have to pay are the GEZ fees which we can pay together. In addition, a one-time deposit of € 350.00 must be deposited at the Studentenwerk.

Traveling to the university is quite easy, it takes 5 minutes on bicycle. The nearest bus stop is on 10 minutes walk from where you can take line no 6 which goes directly to the university, HBF and City center. Near by you can find Lidl, Rewe and Aldi for shopping.

Your roommates will be Ezel, Phillip and Fritjof. They all are students and are very friendly. The WG life is quite peaceful and friendly. We are looking forward for a person who would to like to be a part of shared flat. Cleanliness is highly valued by us. Therefore, we also have regular cleaning plan.
