I am going to visit my mum in Australia for a month from April 18, 2024 till May 17, 2024 (could also be a week longer), and I wish to sublet my room for this time. This is a student apartment, so only a student from a university or hochschule can stay here.
My flatmate, Alejandro, would be in the other room which he rents, so I wish to sublet it to a person suitable for him too. We are both very clean and hygienic people (to a point of OCD) so being dirty, unclean or unhygenic is a no-go and won't be tolerated.
I am a very clean & hygienic person, and I expect the same from the person who intends to live instead of me for any period of time.
House Rules:
* Clean the kitchen and utensils right after you are done cooking (dirty things lying around for weeks or days can not be tolerated)
* Be respectful and responsible for any shared space like the Lu.
* We all have friends, and we all are allowed to have them over but not on the cost of other people's peace.
