There are 3 very trustworthy, kind, friendly and warm people named Florian, Matti and Victoria living in the flat. Florian is writing his thesis on Digital Media and Communication and he is into analog photography and also developing his own photos at home. Victoria is studying her second bachelor in Marine Biology. Matti is finishing his degree in Biology. I had very beautiful 2 years here. Now, I am leaving and hoping to find a person who is nice in nature and could make this place home and feel at home in here. They are open for international people, they are no discriminative and very welcoming. It is not a party house, there are lively discussions and conversations but there is mostly peace, respect and sharing. I would like such people to apply as well.
There is one kitchen with a balcony connected to it and one bathroom with a bathtub. There is a bike parking space at the cellar and there is a back door through a garden where you can also leave your bike. You can use my bike as well.The washing machine is at the celler one for each flat within the apartment so there is one only for our use.
The trams (2 and 10) that passes directly from the front door goes either to the city center or to the train station in 10 minutes. You can also walk 8 minutes and reach the line for 3. Osterdeich is in 15 or 20 minutes to reach by foot and shorter by bike.
Everything is very easy to reach. There are two bakeries near the flat. There is Rewe, Rossman and some ecologic markets around the house. The area is lively with bars and markets close by. There is a bike repairshop in foot reach. Walking around the neighbourhood feels refreshing because of the beautiful houses and people around.
