Wunderschönes WG-Zimmer in der Neustadt! / Wonderful room with the best roommates!

Hallo,
Ich (Claudia) werde ab Anfang August bis Ende des Jahres ein Auslandspraktikum machen und suche für diese Zeit jemanden, der mein wunderschönes Zimmer bewohnen möchte :)
Ich wohne in einer 3er-WG mit den besten Mitbewohnern, die man sich vorstellen kann! Johannes, 26, Student und Lena 22, Studentin . Meine Mitbewohnerin Lena wird ab September ebenfalls aufgrund eines Auslandspraktikums ihr Zimmer untervermieten. Der Johannes ist ein sehr geselliger, unkomplizierter Typ und absolut für jeden Spaß zu haben!
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 1.8. bezogen werden (auch ab dem 15.8. möglich) und ist dann bis Ende des Jahres frei oder, wenn nötig auch bis Ende Januar 2012. Es ist möbliert mit allem was man so braucht (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, ausziehbares Sofa, Tisch und einem Schreibtisch). Das Zimmer ist 20m² groß.
Eine Internet- und Telefonflatrate sind mit im Preis enthalten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Alle wichtigen Verbindungen befinden sich in nächster Nähe (Linie 6 zur Uni in 4Min Fußweg, Linie 26/27 in Richtung Hochschule direkt vor der Haustür).
Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier super. Alle Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 5Min Fußweg zu erreichen. Auch die Innenstadt ist gleich um die Ecke. Mit der Bahn in 5Min erreichbar und mit dem Rad in 10Min.
Alles andere, was man so benötigt ist natürlich auch vorhanden, sprich: Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, usw.
Die komplette Wohnung ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und befindet sich im 2. Stock. Wir haben hier sehr hohe Decken, da es sich um einen Altbau handelt. In unserem Haus wohnen 8 Parteien, bei denen es sich fast nur um Studenten WG’s handelt. Alle Nachbarn sind sehr angenehm!
Ich hoffe wir finden für unseren lieben Mitbewohner ein gutes Trostpflaster, für die Zeit in der wir nicht da sind ;)

I (Claudia) will be abroad for an internship starting at the beginning of August until the end of December this year.For this time I am looking for someone who wants to live in my wonderful room.

I am living in a falt with the two best roommates one could possibly imagine! Johannes, 26, studying at the Hochschule Bremen and Lena, 22, a student as well. My roommate Lena will leave in December for her internship and also plans on renting her room. Johannes is a very social, uncomplicated guy who almost never misses a party.

You could move in here on August 1st (or Augut 15th, if that would make things easier for you) until the end of the year (also possible January 31st). There is everything in the room you will need: a bed, a closet, a dresser, a couch (on which two people can sleep), a table and a desk.
The room has 20 m² (215 sq.ft).

A internet and phone flat rate are included in the price. The flat is close to tram 6 and bus 26/27. There are also a couple of places around to go shopping for groceries. It takes about 5 min with the tram to get downtown.

There is also anythin else you might need to live: microwave, washer, oven,... The flat is on the 2nd floor (for all Americans: 3rd)and we have high ceilings in all our rooms since the house has been around for almost 100 years (renovated, of course). There are 8 flats in the whole building, most of them are students as well. We have, so far, never had any problems about throwing a night-long party :)
