furnished room, close to the center, 13m², piano, great flatmates

You can reach public transport in 1 minute (Rotes Kreuz Krankenhaus). From there its just 3 stations to the city center Domsheide or 10 minutes to the train station. Me myself I always ride my bike - Bremen is a great city to use bycicles. If you want you can of course use mine. It takes only 12 minutes to get to the famous area of bars and restaurants (Das Viertel), but close to the house there are also various bars and places to eat. To get to the Hochschule it takes only 3-5 min by bike and there are various options to buy food (penny, Spar) and even on sundays there is a turkish supermarket open around the corner. In Summer you can also spend your time at the lake "Werdersee" (2 min by bike) where you can get tanned, you can swim or have a BBQ. I am already sad that I won´t spend summer here. 

Die WG ist nur eine Minute entfernt von der Haltestelle Rotes Kreuz Krankenhaus. Von dort sind es nur 3 Stationen ins Stadtzentrum bzw. 10 min zum Hbf. Ich selbst fahre überall mit dem Rad hin (das kannst du auch gern in meiner Abwesenheit nutzen). Somit sind es nur 12 min ins "Viertel" wo es viele Bars und Restaurants gibt, oder 5 min ins Stadtzentrum, 5 min zur Hochschule Standort Werderstraße oder 3 min zur Hochschule Neustadtswall. Zum Einkaufen gibt es Spar und Penny in der Nähe sowie mehrere Bäcker und - ganz wichtig- einen kleinen türkischen Supermarkt der auch Sonntags auf hat. Dönerbuden gibts auch einige. Wie du siehst, alles ist in der Nähe =) Nicht zu vergessen ist auch der Werdersee, der mir jetzt schon in den wenigen sonnigen Tagen eine gewisse Bräune eingebracht hat. Er ist mit dem Rad nur 2 min entfernt, bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenanbeten und baden!
 

Our house has 3 floors, you will share the kitchen, the bathroom and a guest toilet with only 3 of the flatmates. The 4th Flatmate living in 2nd floor has an own kitchen and bathroom. But anyway we spend a lot of time there, his room is the biggest ;) in the 1st floor is the room of Arthur (he is french) and Esma and also the bathroom and in the ground floor is the kitchen, guest toilet, Jan´s room and yours. Every floor has a big balcony. In the back of the house you can leave your bike, get your cloth dry or play tabletennis. i spend a lot of time with my flatmates: drinking beer, playing music, go to bars or parties, watch movies, cook and eat together etc. Its lots of fun! All flatmates study sth different: we have a politician, biologist, culturemanager and economists. I hope you will have fun here. 

Unsere WG erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen, weshalb es gar nicht auffällt, dass wir so viele sind. Ganz oben im 2. Stock hat Enno sein eigenes Reich mit Küche und Bad, weshalb du dir letztendlich nur mit den anderen 3 Mitbewohnern die Küche, das Bad (mit Fußbodenheizung) sowie die Gästetoilette teilen wirst. In der 2. Etage befinden sich Arthurs und Esmas Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und im Erdgeschoss sind Gäste WC, Küche, sowie dein und Jans Zimmer. Alle Etagen haben große Balkone, die gern zum Grillen, gemeinsam Frühstücken und Rauchen genutzt werden. Im Hinterhof können die Räder ins Trockene gestellt werden. Auch gibts dort eine Tischtennisplatte, die bei gutem Wetter öftermal aufgebaut wird. Wir verbringen gern viel Zeit miteinander mit Kochen, Biertrinken, Musik machen, Filme schaun, in Kneipen oder Clubs gehen etc. Dadurch, dass alle etwas anderes Studieren, ist die Gruppe gut durchmischt mit Politik-, Bio-, Kulturmanagment-, und Wirtschaftsstudenten.
