The free room is a cozy piece of about 9m2. Will be free for only February and it has a small round table and a couch big enough to sleep available for use, so its perfect for someone who needs the place just for a little while. The room has a window with view to the main street but still it is a quiet place.
In the house there live two foreign students of Marine Geosciences at Bremen University: Awais, 26 years old comes from Pakistan and is an excellent cook ;), Avrinder, 23 years old and comes from India. Both are very relaxed, easy going and pretty talkative but respect the own space as well.
The house is on the third foor, and it is a reconstruction from what it was the attic, so it is small but cute.
Has a pretty small kitchen but has the neccesary
to cook (there is fridge, stove, dishes, etc etc) and the -bathroom is bigger than the kitchen (totally weird) and well the obvious is there: shower, toilet, sink haha.
The house is aside the BSAG from where trams go out but noise is not a problem, as said before it is actually a quiet place. It is 5 minutes walking away from the tram station (stop: Schleirmacherstrasse) where the tram number 6 (Universitat-Flughafen) can be taken. 10 minutes walking distance there is a Penny Market, and around there is a Rewe, Netto, Rossman, Sparkasse, Deutsche Bank, good turkish bread, pretty good african food... and just 5 min by tram is the airport in one direction or the Weser and Domsheide (city center) on the other direction.
There is a cellar with a washing machine available and place for bikes and car parking.
The total rent is 200 euros/month everything included.
