Ground floor apartment with 3 rooms, recently renovated. It has a large basement, beautiful and well maintained front and back garden, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, fridge and freezer, etc). Friendly neighbors.
The room on offer is recently renovated and nicely decorated by my flatmate who is leaving now. This room has a large window, facing north-east so you get the wonderful morning light. On the same wall you have the door that leads to the back garden so you have a terrace to hangout on, have some coffee or tea or a bbq when the weather is nice.
Walking distances:
1 min away from the 94/95 bus stop called Seefahrtstrasse
10 min away from Schönebeck bahnhof
Jacobs University is right around the corner!
The river and Knoops park are wonderful close by locations for promenades.
The closest supermarket is Netto, the closest banks are Sparkasse and Volksbank (10 min away = 1 94/95 bus stop away)
Vegesack is 3 bus stops away.
I have a room and the other bedroom would be for you. There is a third room (8.4 meters square) that is also free and we can decide later if we want another flatmate or not. If we share the apartment with another person, we would pay only 180 euros each!
You can choose what furniture you want to buy from my current flatmate who is moving out.
I am a quiet person, mostly in the lab at Jacobs where I do my PhD in Chemistry. I am writing up my thesis, planing to finish in a few months. It is a wonderful neighborhood, quiet and friendly.
I prefer to be contacted through this website, by email. I don't have Facebook. We can do a Skype call to get to know each other and discuss details if you want. It is important for me to find a reliable flatmate, serious, but also fun to hangout with, and clean! I like to keep things tidy. You can set up the room as you wish but I prefer to have the common areas in proper order.
