Your room:
It is an unfurnished 14.5 sqm room. The room has a big window with blindes. The balcony is right in front of the window but can be accessed from the kitchen. I can handover my furniture if you like which includes a queen size bed with mattress, two desks, one revolving chair, an inexpensive wardrobe and jacket hanger. The costs for the furniture is about 120€ .
About the Appartment:
The appartment consists of 4 rooms. Two rooms on 1st floor and 2 rooms on 2nd floor. 2 people live in this appartment. One guy has rented both rooms on the 2nd floor and one person is on the 1st floor. Your room is on first floor as well. A nice kitchen is next to your room with all utensils, microwave and oven. There is a ammini toilet on 1st floor. There is a big bathroom on the second floor with a bathtub.
Currently the washing machine is not working but soon will be replaced (I'll pay the cost of the third person's share).
The Location:
The appartment is close to tram line 10 and line 2. The station is 5 minutes by foot and one can reach hauptbahnof and am brill in 15 minutes. There are bakeries, bars and restaurants near by. Penny is 15 minutes away, Netto is 10 minutes away, Walle center can be reached in 15 minutes by foot and has Rossmann, Edeka and many other stores.
Wg life:
Two people live here, both are working.
One of them has a daughter who visits occasionally. The WG life is chilled out but because people are busy, they seldom see each other. Cleanliness is important but also flexible(important is to keep the WG clean)
This is not a party WG but occasional get together on weekends is ok.
