A ROOM REQUIRED FOR AN INDIAN STUDENT NEAR HOCHSCHULE BREMERHAVEN

A room is required for a Indian student ( gender-male; age - 22 years) for long term stay in Bremerhaven preferably near Hochschule Bremerhaven. The room should be well-furnished (minimum bed, table, wardrobe or a cupboard), well maintained bathroom (either private or shared) and the rent should not exceed 240 euros. Facilities of washing machine, kitchen, room heater, internet and every basic requirement should be provided within that rent. The location of the room must be near to supermarkets and other shops selling daily-need goods. The room should also be situated near the public transport stop and preferably near to railway station too. The student speaks English (professional level) and German (elementary level). He will be reaching Bremerhaven in the mid of September, 2016 (the exact date will be intimated within stipulated time once offer is accepted). It is expected that the Landlord or the owner doesn't charge any deposit before the arrival of the student in the city. Before accepting the room, the student needs to take a glimpse of the room through pictures. Since, he is a student, he expects the best offer that suits his budget.
