Looking for a shared flat as an international student

Hi, my name is Billy. I am 29 years old, male and a British Citizen.

I have included some photos of me. You can see my dog but she will be staying in England.

I will be studying Applied Mathematics at Hochschule Mittweida from September onwards and would like a place to stay in Chemnitz.

I am an open-minded, non-judgemental and friendly person that likes to get along with everyone. I also am a very good listener to other people if they're facing difficulties. I'm a very positive person and always try to have an optimistic attitude.

I like to maintain a clean and tidy living space as well as making sure communal areas are clean, tidy and respect other peoples usage of these areas.

I always pay rent on time and can prove I am financially stable.

I have lots of interests, but some passions I like to share with others are music, art, natural sciences and mathematics. I can play guitar and would be happy to teach anyone that is interested in learning how to play, although I won't be bringing my guitar to Germany.

I like helping the other people I live with by doing household chores and helping if they need any assistance with things.

It would be nice to do social activities with the other people I live with as I will be new to Germany and would like to make some good friends.

During my stay in Germany, I would like to develop my German language skills. I am working towards A1 German, but it would be nice to practice with native speakers and in return I can help others practice their English skills.
