looking for a room near the university campus.

My name is Varun Thukral ,I am from New Delhi INDIA. I am coming here for the purpose of studies ( masters in micro and nano systems)in the first week of October 2011 (most probably).So, I want to book a room online and will sign the room contract with payment after arriving chemnitz.I would prefer a room with male partner and shouldn't be too expensive at the same time (shouldn't cross the limit of 200 euros).I will prefer a quite room with moderate facilities like washing machine,dish washer,central heating,internet facilities,T.V. etc.I would also prefer a room where smoking is prohibited.
