Friendly, easy going and tidy.

I'm Manuel Franco Strauss, a Dipl. Chemical Engineer from north Argentina, and I'm going to study a Master Programm in Cottbus for two years. I'm easy going, very friendly and communicative.
I like to keep the common spaces clean and somewhat organized but I don't go crazy for it either.
I'm looking for a shared apartment with nice people. I like sharing things with them, sometimes cooking together but not obligatory. Maybe doing other activities as well. I like quiet places but I don't mind having fun from time to time, hearing music and so on.

5 years ago I lived in Germany for an year in Karlsruhe, in an Wohngemainschaft and it was a wonderful experience. Made a lot of friends in there and had a unforgetable experience, I'm still friends with this people from diverse countries and they even invited me to their weddings. I'm a native Spanish speaker, I'm very fluent in English and right now I'm doing an advanced German Language course in Marburg. I like spending time with friends, fixing stuff around the house, watching movies (a lot), books, nice music and traveling. Back in Argentina, with some friends we have our own FilmClub where we meet every weekend to watch and talk about famous or influential movies. So that could be something than I can organize if the other people with whom I'll be living there like it too.
