You want to live in the Darmstadt city center and looking for a small WG? Look no further! The flat is at Roßdörfer Platz, about 10min away from Luisenplatz by foot. The rooms 12 sq and the entire flat is about 80sq with quite the big living room. As for furniture, there will be a 140x200cm bed, a simple wardrobe, desk and a nightstand in the room. It is looking towards the street, but its not all too loud and you get quite a lot of sunlight.
The flat is at Roßdörfer Platz, quite central in walking distance to Luisenplatz.
-The nearest bus/tram stop only couple minutes away and Aldi/Rewe/Nahkauf are all within 15mins by foot.
-If you'll be studying at Lichtwiese, it takes roughly 15mins by public transport or 10min by bike.
-We got bike racks in the garden, as well as a cellar for storage.
I'll be your flatmate, Sefa alongside two kitties. I'm working towards a PhD at TUD and ive been in the flat since roughly 3 years. Outside of the uni stuff, i play some Tennis at the Hochschulstadion, go cycling and maybe play some WoW. Also a big motorsport fan so youll hear some races on the weekends. I cook often, and almost always only vegetarian, always down for cooking together or simply some chats and drinks; iIf we happen to share some hobbies, even better!
The cats, Simba and Jewels, are 12 years old and theyre quite the cuddly housecats. So tolerance to cat hair alongside some experience with pets is necessary.
