Lebensfrohe, zweisprachige WG in der Heimstättensiedlung (3 Männer, 2 Frauen) sucht Mitbewohner*in.
Wir sind eine gut ausgestattete WG in einem kompletten Haus, über 2 Stockwerke mit Keller und Balkon, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Waschmaschine, Anschaffung von Trockner in Planung und ansonsten viel Platz zum Wäsche trocknen :-). Weiterhin hat das Haus 2 Bäder mit Dusche/Badewanne und wir besitzen einen Sportraum mit Multitrainer. Im Keller gibt es Abstellplätze für Fahrräder und zusätzlichen Stauraum, das Haus besitzt eine kleine Gartenfläche mit (aktuell) Tomatenpflanzen, Sträuchern und Rasen.
Die Gegend ist relativ ruhig, zum Wald sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß, für Autobesitzer gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in Hausnähe. 50 Meter entfernt ist ein Netto, 10 Minuten zu Fuß ein großer Real Supermarkt und ein Lidl. Wir haben eine gute Busanbindung mit H-Bus, tagsüber alle 10 Minuten und Linie 40 stündlich. Zum Südbahnhof sind es zu Fuß 15 Minuten, in 10 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß gibt es Frisör, Döner, Asia-Imbiss, Eisdiele, mehrere Bäcker, einen Metzger, Post, Sparkasse, Apotheke und Sportstudio.

Wir habe eine große Gemeinschaftsfläche im Haus, Wohnzimmer 21m² (mit gemütlicher großer Couch und großem Fernseher) und Esszimmer von 13m². Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist 7m² groß, außerdem gibt es für die einziehende Person die Möglichkeit zusätzliche Schränke oder Regale in einen Zwischenflur bzw. ins Wohnzimmer zu stellen.

We are a nice and joyful living community (3 male, 2female, bilingual), located in Heimstättensiedlung, in the south of Darmstadt and we are seeking a new roommate.
The flat is fully equipped, we live in a complete house, on to levels, with basement and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, we have our own washing machine and we plan to buy a clothes dryer but in any case, there is a lot of space around for drying your laundry :-). Additionally, the house has two bathrooms with shower/bathtub and we have a gym room with a multitrainer. In the basement there is a lot of space for bicycles and additional storage space, a small garden belongs to the house with bushes, small meadow and (at the moment) some tomato plants.
The city-quarter here is quite calm, the forest is away 2 minutes by foot, if you own a car, there are sufficient parkin lots near the house. 50 Meters from here is a Netto supermarket, 10 minutes by foot is a real supermarket and a Lidl supermarket. The bus connection is quite good with the line H (every 10 minutes during the day) and line 40 (once per hour during the day). The south station (Südbahnhof) is 15 minutes by foot, in distance of 10 minutes by foot there are a hairdresser, a Kebab Shop, an asian food shop, an ice-cream shop, several bakeries, a butcher, a post office, a Sparkasse-Bank, a pharmacy and a gym.

We have a very big common area here, a living room of 21 m² (with a big and comfortable couch and a big TV) and a dining room of 13 m². The room that could be yours is 7m² and there is a possibility for you to additionally put some shelves and lockers in a small hallway or in the living room.
