The room has a window that opens in the street under the very beautiful tree. The street is mostly used by residential people that's why it is very quiet and in the summer it is very beautiful. We have a garden of our own in the apartment and you can grill and chill there. Herrengarten is also very near like 3 minutes walk, basically you are living behind the TU Darmstadt Library building, you can see the university library from the window in the kitchen. It is very comfortable practical because when I was a student, I always come back home to eat my lunch then again go to the university, it saves a lot of cost.
When there is some festival, then you can also enjoy it as long as you want and for the washroom you don't have to pay any price, because you can always come home ;-) Bars, Cinema, University, Rewe, Penny, LuisenPlatz are all in walking distance. I am moving out with my wife so I have to say goodbye to my beautiful apartment, You'll be lucky if you can get a chance to live so close to the university, all the parties are safe ;-) enjoy as long as you want and then walk back to your home.
Location is very ideal and I don't think you can get even more central location.

Here you'll live with Omid (22 y) and he is a professional cook and he is doing his training at a local restaurant. He is very nice and loves to cook food and we socialize when we both have time. If the room is closed, it means that we need our private time, otherwise you are welcome to talk.
GIgabit speed internet which is very fast 80+ Megabytes per second, 4K videos not problem ;-). I'll only direct you to the landlord if he likes you then you can have the contract on your name. You can move in to the apartment from 15th of December or next month, if we both agree on that.
If you are serious, please take your time to write about yourself and then i'll call you for an appointment or most probably a virtual one.
Utility cost is 45 Euro per month but we pay more so that at the end of the year we get some money back instead of paying more money.
