Spacious room with balcony available at Noackstr. 9

The flat has 2 large rooms and 2 small rooms. you will be taking one of the large ones; room with a window to the balcony facing the west, so you get enough sun in the second half of the day. The room is partially furnished( bed and a desk, some shelf thingies but no closet) but it's very manageable.

location
Our building is a 7 min walk away from Landskronstr tram stop. There you can take the lines 6,7, 8 to the center, line 1 and bus R to Hauptbahnhof and Böllenfalltor.
Flat is also close to REWE, ALDI, Farbenkrauth, Natura, dm, and a gas station (about 5 mins walk)

Flatshare life
We are 2 students at TU Darmstadt, and one employee at Merck. We try to keep things relaxed and flexible so that everyone is comfortable. We value each others privacy and attempt to solve issues through discussion and compromise. sometimes we hang out together in the balcony; do barbecues or just chill with drinks, but each one has their own thing going on and we do our best to respect the boundaries.
We are looking for an easy-going roommate who is not too serious about everything, friendliness and compassion are always appreciated, but on top of all respect and honesty.
I'm writing this in English because my German is not that good, but Moriz and Taher are fluent.

P.S. the shower in the flat is not the best since the building is a bit old. also, the kitchen is a little small for 4 people so we try to keep it light when we prepare our meals.
