Hello all,
my name is David and I am moving back to my home country. So I am looking for a person who would like to take my room.
I am giving the room furnished for free. There is one big, very comfy bed with mattress, one night stand, two wardrobes, one rack, two shelves on the wall, one desk and one chair.
The room is on the ground floor and is very cool during the summer. At the same time the heating system is new and in the winter is very warm and cozy.
The kitchen is very comfortable and bright. We have a microwave, hot plates and stove. (There is even a dishwasher, which we don't use, because there is some problem with the water in the machine. But the problem is fixable.
The bathroom is a little bit small, we have a bathtub with a shower, sink and toilet seat.
We have one big storage room in the basement, only for our apartment.
There is also a washing room and we have our own washing machine, so you can wash your clothes for free.
The location is perfect, the WG is located in Johannesviertel and Penny, Rewe, Burger King, Netto and Tegut are only 3 minutes walk away. If you are a fitness fan, McFit is also 3 minutes walk away.
Public transport is very convenient, 100 meters away is bus stop Kalertstraße, where bus L passes. Bus L goes to Luisenplatz. Bus stop Palaswiesenstraße is 400 meters away, where you can also find direct transport to Lichtwiese.
The Stadtmiete Campus of the university is 10-15 minutes walk away, Luisenplatz is 10 minutes walk away.
If you like nice walks, the Herrngarten is 500 meters away from the WG.
There are two other tenants in the WG, which are really nice and friendly.
The rent for the room is 223 Euro and together with all costs (for internet, gas and electricity, Rundfunk) is 304 Euro. The Kaution is 560 Euro
