WG-Life:
You are allowed to do your own stuff, everyone have their own free space. There is no requirement for you to be friends with the roommate so it is up to you. It can be a Zweck-WG or not. As long as you respect each other's space, do not cause any noisy disturbance, and keep everything in order then you should be fine. You don't have to be super clean, just make sure that you don't leave dirty plates in the sink.
Equipment:
I will leave the bed, table, chair for you to use and there is already a place to put your clothes. In the shared area, there is also a fridge, freezer, and an oven. I can also leave you my kitchen utensils, if needed.
Rent:
You will pay the kaution and rent upfront in cash for the first month.
