The apartment is very conveniently located in the center of Darmstadt: on Mathildenplatz and a few minutes walk from city center and Herrngarten.
The flat is calm and luminous, located on the 2nd floor of a building with your room overlooking Mathildenplatz.
Main assets are a big kitchen (fully equipped including dishwasher), a balcony with tables and chairs for spring/ summer days and a nice living room.
Common areas of the flat are equipped but the room is empty. There is the option to buy the wardrobe (on picture) for 250€.
Additionally, windows from your room and living room have just been replaced last December.
By joining our flat share, you will live with Moritz and Jodie, 2 graduates working at Merck.
We have started living together for a short time only as Moritz moved in end of January but we get along quite well. We would love to have someone willing to get involved in the life of the flat share.
We are open to either a boy or a girl, who is working, social, open-minded and looking for a long-term accomodation.
Speaking english is a must as my german is limited.
You can move in between April 15th and May 1st

FYI, the rent is 525€ to which around 80€ a month would be added for electricity, gaz and internet. And 150€ need to be paid to the previous tenant of the room for buying furniture we have bought in commun for the flat.
