The room is about 17 square meters, it has two windows to the south-east and it is very bright. The apartment is generally very bright and generously sized for two people. Fittings and the equipment of the apartment are unfortunately a bit old-fashioned. The bathroom of the apartment has a bathtub, a toilet, a sink, and a window. The kitchen is no longer the most modern, but works perfectly. There is also a washing machine and an oven in the apartment. The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of Darmstadt. The TU can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes, while Luisenplatz in about 4 minutes. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. The cinema and the State Theater are also just around the corner. Due to the extremely central location and the ever worsening economic use of Darmstadt's parking spaces, parking in the area is difficult. However, for loading and unloading the car, you can comfortably park momentarily in the inner courtyard. Since Luisenplatz is only 4 minutes away, many bus and tram lines are easily accessible. The room is rent unfurnished, while the rest of the house is already furnished.
The room cold rent is 435 euros per month, while internet (12.50 euros) and gas and electricity must also be added.
