We can offer you (a clean and silent person!) a room in our house.

It is located on the first floor, lockable and fully furnished (wooden bed 1,40x2,00, bedside table, bedside lamp, desk, chair, desk lamp, wardrobe, mirror, armchair). The floor and almost all furniture are made of solid wood. Bed linen (also for changing) and towels are available.

The bathroom and the kitchen you would have to share with two other flatmates.

The 1st floor (3 fully furnished rooms, have a look at the other announcements) is completely empty, so at the moment you can bring 2 flatemates of your choice to build up a new community.

The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and much more ...) and also has a small dining area.

All rooms are bright.

The house is in the Katharinenstrasse in 64297 Darmstadt, two stops ("Katharinenstrasse" and „Wartehalle“) with the lines 1, 6, 7, 8 and a lot of bus lines are in close proximity. So it´s close to the center and nevertheless very quiet and close to the nature.

We live as a family on the ground floor and still have a work / children's room in the loft.

At the cost we ask € 450, - per month. Electricity/water is extra, € 60 monthly should be sufficient.

At the moment we will just make a contract until end of September because we don‘t know yet what will happen in the autumn. We are travelling with our camper van through Europe. In July we can talk about what could be from October on.

Wir bieten ein Zimmer in unserem freistehenden EFH.

Es befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist abschließbar und vollmöbliert (Bett 1,40x2,00, Nachttisch, Nachttischlampe, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, Sessel). Der Boden und fast alle Möbel sind aus Vollholz. Bettwäsche (auch zum Wechseln) und Handtücher sind vorhanden.

Das Bad und die Küche müsstest Du mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern teilen. Da der erste Stock (3 Zimmer, alle voll möbliert, siehe die anderen Anzeigen) gerade komplett leer ist, könntest Du zwei Mitbewohner mitbringen und eine neue WG gründen.

Die Küche ist vollausgestattet (Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck und vieles mehr...) und hat auch einen kleinen Essplatz. Alle Räume sind hell.

Das Haus ist in der Katharinenstrasse in 64297 Darmstadt, zwei Haltestellen ("Katharinenstrasse" und "Wartehalle") z.B. mit den Linien 1, 6, 7, 8 sind in unmittelbarer Laufnähe. Sonst ist es sehr ruhig und sehr nah an der Natur (Eberstädter Streuobstwiesen, Frankenstein, Bergstrasse) .

Wir leben im Erdgeschoss und haben noch ein Arbeits-/Kinderzimmer im Spitzboden.

Zu den Kosten, wir benötigen € 450,--, Energie/Wasser sind verbrauchsabhängig, 60 € sollten ausreichen.

Im Moment schliessen wir nur einen Mietvertrag bis Ende September, da wir noch nicht wissen, wie es im Herbst weitergeht.Wir sind derzeit dauerreisend im Wohnmobil. Im Juli können wir über eine mögliche Verlängerung ab Oktober sprechen.
