Room for Winter Semester

I am due to start studying at DIA in October for the Winter Semester, I am 23 years old. I am looking for a friendly house where I can work but also chat with the other housemates. I will be moving from the UK, so I will not have to much luggage and it would be useful if the room was furnished with a bed, desk, chair etc. I would also like to bring my bicycle so it would be good if there was somewhere to keep it safe.
I have previously lived abroad in Copenhagen and Aarhus in Denmark where I was on an internship. I am used to living with other housemates of different nationalities and have never found any problems or had arguements. I am a energetic person and like to be doing things and cooking for other people. Which could be good for you?!
